As my family and I began to use mops, towels, buckets, and blankets to extract the water and saw we were in over our heads, I went on Google and saw an ad for Flood Pros. I initially spoke with Joe. He was very calm and explained the process to me and my husband. He continued to put us at ease advising there was no upfront cost and we were in good hands. Shortly thereafter two young men showed up at our door. They introduced themselves as Benjamin and Alex. They looked to be no older than 15/16. We asked them where the adults were. They assured us they were the professionals and not to worry. I immediately called Joe. Joe verified their credentials. To my surprise, these two young men were TOP NOTCH!!!! Their demeanor, their attitude, their professionalism, their respect for time management........shall I go on...SUPERB!!!!! As they tore out baseboards and cut out walls, they explained the necessity of removing the water-damaged items to prevent mold. They were moving expeditiously throughout the process. They bagged all the debris and hauled away all the trash. Did I mention it was the neatest demolition I'd ever witnessed? The icing on the cake in this entire process was Abraham. Abraham was a GOD sent. Abraham was very knowledgeable about the process and possessed such a confident demeanor. He was so inspirational in making this experience more educational than traumatic.
